Matthew White

Matthew White began his estate agency career in 1986 and has worked for both corporate and independent estate agencies around the local area. He has worked in diverse markets with 5 years running a flagship office for a national estate agent to most recently with a leading country agent and is now a familiar face to many in the local villages.

Matthew says “Keith and I have known each other since the tough 1990 market and have worked together on several occasions over the years. We both believe that a high standard of client care and exceptional marketing are paramount in effecting a successful sale. We also believe that these factors are missing from certain sectors of the local market. Our aim is to maintain a consistently high standard of service and marketing throughout the area.”

Keith Russell

Keith’s career within estate agency spans from 1983, including the boom of the 1980’s and the property slump of the 1990’s which saw many agents and individuals rise and then disappear. Standing the test of time portrays a powerful message of sheer determination to succeed whatever the market conditions.

Keith has lived in Basingstoke since 1992, a family man having been married to Janet since 1996 with 2 step daughters, a daughter and son who both currently attend local schools. Keith spent many years with an extremely successful independent estate agent just outside London. His role before starting White & Russell was within a large corporate firm locally which further underlines the variety of experiences Keith has gained over the years.

Keith is of the belief that there is much room for improvement in the way in which estate agents represent their clients. It is his mission to provide an unprecedented level of service to all clients that choose White & Russell.

Jill Wood

Jill entered estate agency in 1995 and spent 6 years at a national firm before joining a local independent agency. She joined White & Russell as a sales co-ordinator in June 2007 and shares Matthew and Keith's views regarding customer service.

Jill says “I feel that an independent estate agent offers a more reassuring and personal approach to clients; Matthew and Keith are keen to ensure that White & Russell are known for accurate advice and reliable service and I look forward to helping to maintain these high standards.”

Sarah Woodward

Sarah joined White & Russell in October 2007 as a sales and viewing assistant. “I have always lived in Basingstoke and know the area very well; I have a strong interest in the property market and enjoy dealing with customer's enquiries. White & Russell have quickly established themselves as an effective estate agent and I am pleased to be part of the team.”
