Once a tenant is found our partner company, an ARLA registered professional management firm, take over the referencing and preparation of the contract. They then look after the property the whole time it is rented, making regular inspections and dealing with any necessary works through a bank of approved contractors. When the tenancy is due to expire, our partner firm informs us when to remarket the property to find the next tenant.
