 I felt that I had to let you know, the work that you put in and the advice that I received was second to none. I thought you went that extra mile. I received a thoroughly professional service, but also with good humour. This process would have been quite a trying situation if it were not for the assistance received.

  The team at White and Russell were the perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness from the first meeting through to the completion of the sale. We found the valuation to be realistic and appreciated the care taken to learn what was special about our property vs. other similar properties on the same development. We were also very impressed with the photos taken by Keith Russell which showed off the interior of the property much better than those taken by a different agent selling a similar property nearby. We were fortunate to have three offers within days of putting the property on the market: two from purchasers who had seen the particulars on the web and a third whom White & Russell had proactively contacted. Once we had accepted an offer, the team at White & Russell kept us informed of progress and helped our solicitor to chase our buyer's solicitor when needed. Compared to other agents, White & Russell's fees were sensible from the start (no haggling needed) and represented good value for money. Because they are a small team, they are able to offer a very personal service without compromise. If we still lived in Basingstoke, I would have no hesitation to use them again.

There was an easy to understand contract with no hidden clauses. We were kept continually updated and Sarah put in a lot of effort to ensure that the chain was completed.
